The other day I was sitting in a coffee shop in Edinburgh, drinking a doppio macchiato and reading a book about Jean-Paul Sartre. (Yes, I know.) At the back of the book there is an index. In this index, under S, was 'Sartre: Jean Paul' followed by a list of all the pages on which he was mentioned.
