I just heard that Anthony Minghella has died at 54. Far too young. He was a magnificent film maker and still in his prime. I just recently watched Truly Madly Deeply for about the tenth time and, once again, cried like a girl. I never had the pleasure of meeting the man, unfortunately, but I got on really well with his son, Max, when we worked together last year. Sending you good vibes Max.
I think I'll watch The Talented Mr. Ripley tonight.
